The Everyday Routine – Remixed

I don’t change up my routine too much; I will, however, swap out a few products here and there. The biggest makeup change I’ve made recently has been with my skincare + foundation products, using more light-weight, glow-y products over those that are heavier and fuller coverage. What else have I been loving? Cream cheek products [Le Metier de Beaute's Tints are the best, ever] – they work so, so well with my new foundation, or rather, un-foundation, of choice.

To prep my skin I have been applying Glossier’s Priming Moisturizer very liberally, really massaging it into my skin. Next, I squeeze a fair amount of Glossier’s Skin Tint in Light onto the back of my hand, and apply with fingertips [my full Glossier review here!] If I need any more coverage in certain places, I’ll spot conceal with Maybelline’s Fit Me Concealer. On cheeks I’ve been reaching for Le Metier de Beaute’s Tint in either Coral Nymph or Poppy.

For eye makeup, I’ve been applying a mix of Cream and Taupe from the Lorac Pro Palette to my lids, and then adding Sable to my crease. To define, I’ll draw a thin line of Maybelline’s Gel Eyeliner to my upper lash line and tight line. To complete the eye look I’ll add several coats of Maybelline Full ‘N Soft.

To moisturize and prep my lips, I’ll apply a bit of Glossier’s Balm Dotcom, and will wait a little while before applying lipstick or lipgloss. For color, I have been all about Charlotte Tilbury’s lipstick in Bitch Perfect, one of the most perfect everyday, any occasion shades.

What products have you been using in your everyday routine?
